A product frame is a comparison that will help your customers to see your product of similar types. Establishing a frame will help on how your product fits into the market, and make it stand out in your customer’s eyes when compared with your competitors.
On this page, you can customize the product frame design, background style, and other design elements for your products based on your preference. Let’s get started!

Mockup Development
We will start working on the design development once we received your request form. You are able to amend the text and image only. We will send the design prototype via email within 5-7 working days.

1) Upload Your Logo
Please upload your logo so that we can place it in the design. The logo is important because it proves your brand cares about its reputation and the products it sells. Your logo develops trust and encourages customers to buy.
2) Upload Your Image
Click “Choose File” to upload the product image of the banner. In the popup that appears, select an image from your computer. Then click “Open”.
Tips To Upload Product Frame Image
All the images displayed in the product frame on this page are for reference purposes. You can change the image to your own products or your preferred images.
Note: Make sure that you have the right to use the image for commercial purposes (it will be published on your e-commerce store).
Tips: We will help you to crop out the image background to fit the images better – please make sure that you upload images with high contrast between the product & its background to get a clean crop.

4) Provide Product Frame Color Code
Please choose the preferred theme colour. It is better to provide the hex code in the request form. If you didn’t provide the hex code, we will use the dominant logo colour for your theme colour.
How To Find Your Color Code
First, you will need to upload your logo here.
Next, choose the preferred theme colour (main colour) – this will be the main colour to be used for the store header & banner design. Please choose it wisely.
To make sure that we get the correct colour on your design, please provide the hex code in the request form.

Tips: We would suggest you use the colour in your logo as the theme colour to ensure brand consistency.
5) Choose Widget Style

6) Upload Widget (Optional)
Icons create a visual language for your brand and content. This icon acts as a small visual signal, directing readers’ attention and assisting them to remember the message.
If you have your own widget icon, you may upload it. We will help you to place it o the design.
Tips To Upload Widget (Optional)
Don’t just settle for default icons! Upload any custom icon library of your own to be more outstanding than your competitors.
You may upload your icon in SVG, EPS or any Illustrator file format.
Tips: We would suggest you use the colour in your logo as the theme colour to ensure your brand consistency.

Tips To Choose Sales Badge
Sales Badges are the best ‘attention-grabbing elements in your product frame design. You may select up to 2 sales badges from the following proposed design to be added to your product frame. Once again, we will adapt your badge with the theme color that you have selected.
Note: If you have your own sales badge or custom logos (e.g. Halal, Buatan Malaysia, GMP, HACCP, etc), you may upload it at the request form (under Step 6.1: Upload Your Custom Badge).
Tips: Choose the sales badge that you can use for a longer time so that you don’t have to keep changing your sales badge in the future.
8) Fill Up Your Personal Detail
Lastly, fill in your personal information so that we can contact you & deliver your design. Make sure that the information you submitted is accurate before you hit the submit button!
Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take for the design to be completed?
The design will take 3-5 business days once we have confirmed your design order. If the information provided is not sufficient or clear, we will not proceed with the design. Our team will get in touch with you via email & phone call, please make sure that the contact details you provided are accurate and reachable.
Am I allowed to request amendments for the design received?
Yes! You are allowed to make minor amendments to the text and images. Please make sure you request your amendment within 5 business days from the design being delivered to you via email. And once you have confirmed the design, you will not be able to request for any further amendment after that.
I have my own design preference & brand guidelines to follow, what should I do?
We're happy to adapt the product frame design to your design preference and guidelines. You can reach us directly via email at support@brandcafe.studio with your request. Please note that you will need to provide us with the design elements & resources.
