Lorikeet is a decorating tool that can assist you in beautifying your product display page by providing a distinctive look to your content aligned with your branding.

Highlighting your product’s overall benefits through captivating images will make a strong potential to reduce product queries and product returns.

Lorikeet Customize Process

Design Request Form

Fill up the request form. We will communicate using email. If we did not receive a response through email, we will drop a WhatsApp message to notify you.

Mockup Development

We will start working on the design development once we received your request form. You are able to amend the text and image only. We will send the design prototype via email within 5-7 working days.

Complete & Deliver

Once you are satisfied with the design, the final design will be delivered together with the (AI file) within 2-3 working days using the same email. If you wish for us to upload the design, you may provide us with the username and password.

1) Upload Your Logo

Please upload your logo so that we can place it in the design. The logo is important because it proves your brand cares about its reputation and the products it sells. Your logo develops trust and encourages customers to buy.

3) Provide Lorikeet Color Code

Please choose the preferred theme colour. It is better to provide the hex code in the request form. If you didn’t provide the hex code, we will use the dominant logo colour for your theme colour.

4) Product Header Section

The product header represents the brand and goods that offer. The main element for the product header has contained an image, product name, description, the USP/ Sales Badge and the company logo. 

5) Product Feature Section

Product features are particular characteristics of a product that makes it unique from the other products in the market, delivering a significant value to the buyers.

6) Product Spec Section

A product specification contains information such as the function of a product, measurement, variation, and short detail that describe a product.

7) About Us Section

This section is built up by a “Company Description” and “3 Unique Selling Point” of your store. You are also allowed to upload a custom “Icon” to each of the USP.

8) Product Gallery Section

Product image is unquestionably one of the most important factors that would affect buyer decision-making. In this section, you may add up to 3-5 images to show your product.

You may upload more images for your product in this section, such as different colour variations of your product, different angle views of your product, and any images that you wish to add.

Note: Maximum of 5 images can be uploaded to make sure your image is neatly arranged.

If you don’t have many images to display, we will use the main product images to be added here.

9) Product Sequence Change

The sequence for all themes is not fixed, you may change the sequence of the theme according to your preference.

10) Fill Up Your Personal Detail

Lastly, fill in your personal information so that we can contact you & deliver your design. Make sure that the information you submitted is accurate before you hit the submit button!

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for the design to be completed?

The design will take 3-5 business days once we have confirmed your design order. If the information provided is not sufficient or clear, we will not proceed with the design. Our team will get in touch with you via email & phone call, please make sure that the contact details you provided are accurate and reachable.

Am I allowed to request amendments for the design received?

Yes! You are allowed to make minor amendments to the text and images. Please make sure you request your amendment within 5 business days from the design being delivered to you via email. And once you have confirmed the design, you will not be able to request for any further amendment after that.

I have my own design preference & brand guidelines to follow, what should I do?

We're happy to adapt the product frame design to your design preference and guidelines. You can reach us directly via email at  support@brandcafe.studio with your request. Please note that you will need to provide us with the design elements & resources.
