Banners give visitors a strong first impression and ensure that they are at the right spot and also help them to make decisions in less than a second. Visitors should be directed to the most attractive offer.
Banner Customize Process
Design Request Form
Fill up the request form. We will communicate using email. If we did not receive a response through email, we will drop a WhatsApp message to notify you.
Mockup Development
We will start working on the design development once we received your request form. You are able to amend the text and image only. We will send the design prototype via email within 5-7 working days.
Complete & Deliver
Once you are satisfied with the design, the final design will be delivered together with the (AI file) within 2-3 working days using the same email. If you wish for us to upload the design, you may provide us with the username and password.

1) Upload Your Logo
Please upload your logo so that we can place it in the design. The logo is important because it proves your brand cares about its reputation and the products it sells. Your logo develops trust and encourages customers to buy.

3) Provide Banner Color Code
Please choose the preferred theme colour. It is better to provide the hex code in the request form. If you didn’t provide the hex code, we will use the dominant logo colour for your theme colour.

First, you will need to upload your logo/image here.
Next, choose the preferred theme colour (main colour) – this will be the main colour to be used for the banner design. Please choose it wisely.
To make sure that we get the correct colour on your design, please provide the hex code in the request form.

You may use this link to get the colour code by uploading the image that contains the colour you need. You may watch the tutorial below.
Tips: We would suggest you use the colour in your logo as the theme colour to ensure brand consistency.
4) Upload Banner Image
Click “Choose File” to upload the product image of the banner. In the popup that appears, select an image from your computer. Then click “Open”.

All the images displayed in the banner on this page are for reference purposes. You can change the image to your own products or your preferred images.
Note: Make sure that you have the right to use the image for commercial purposes (it will be published on your Lazada / Shopee store).
Tips: We will help you to crop out the image background to fit the images better – please make sure that you upload images with high contrast between the product & its background to get a clean crop.
**Note: Product Image Upload Please Do Not Contain Any Watermark and Prefer Plain Background. You may refer sample image below that not suitable to use or upload.

5) Customize Banner Text
Fill in the title and banner description for your product’s banner. Banner sale widgets are an approach to alert customers to a current product sale. The banner button text is to encourage customers to purchase.

Here is the place you can change all the banner text. We classify it into Title, Description, and Button. Please click on the plus sign for more information about each classification.

Please keep your title short ( 3 to 5 words) to catch your audience’s attention easily.
Button Text & URL
Call To Action is important for a button, you may change the button text here. Please keep it 2 to 3 words.
Next, only Lazada banner allows the visitor to click it and redirect it to a specific page. You may provide us with the URL and we will help you setup.
*Note: Only Lazada’s store, categories, or products URL are allowed.
Banner Description
We suggest a maximum of 25 words for the banner description.
Note: If you have any promotions or discounts, please mention it here, we will help you to design and add the sales info to the banner.
6) Content Position
You may choose your banner text position. Once you choose the position of your content position, your image will be adjusted to the other side, either left or right.
7) Fill Up Your Personal Detail
Lastly, fill in your personal information so that we can contact you & deliver your design. Make sure that the information you submitted is accurate before you hit the submit button!
Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take for the design to be completed?
The design will take 3-5 business days once we have confirmed your design order. If the information provided is not sufficient or clear, we will not proceed with the design. Our team will get in touch with you via email & phone call, please make sure that the contact details you provided are accurate and reachable.
Am I allowed to request amendments for the design received?
Yes! You are allowed to make minor amendments to the text and images. Please make sure you request your amendment within 5 business days from the design being delivered to you via email. And once you have confirmed the design, you will not be able to request for any further amendment after that.
I have my own design preference & brand guidelines to follow, what should I do?
We're happy to adapt the product frame design to your design preference and guidelines. You can reach us directly via email at support@brandcafe.studio with your request. Please note that you will need to provide us with the design elements & resources.
